Riverside Runners Covid-19 Rules for Attending Club Activities - Revised 24/02/2022

From 24/02/22 the government have lifted all legal Covid restrictions. Riverside Runners has revised their Risk Assessment for Covid-19 and the rules that must be followed by all club members and coaches attending Club activities accordingly.

The rules are based on advice and guidance provided by the Government and England Athletics and may be subject to change.

General rules for attending Club activities:

  • If you have any symptoms of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) or are feeling generally unwell we request that you do not attend Club activities.

  • If you are in a high risk category for Covid-19 our expectation is that individual medical advice has been sought before returning to Club activities.

  • Follow good hygiene procedures at all times. Wash your hands prior to arrival. Catch it, bin it, kill it – use a tissue and put it in the bin. If bringing a drinks bottle please write your name on it and do not share.

  • Be considerate of other path/road users and avoid use of narrow paths. Please do not expect the public to give way to you.
