Ever done a race where you felt fine physically, but there was a gremlin on your shoulder whispering negative thoughts? Ever lost your motivation for getting out of a warm bed and going for a long run? Ever wanted to turn a poor performance into an opportunity to learn and improve your PB? Me too!!
We have Julia Armstrong coming to talk to us at the March 4th meeting. She has run at international level, including the Commonwealth Games, and achieved a time of 2.36.31 at the London Marathon. She is now a life coach, still averaging 82 running miles per week and will talk about how to use the power of our minds to improve our running performance. Be there!!

Hi Steph

Didnt recognise Julia's name - just Googled her and realised she is one of the seniors my mum and I used run down in Bath with in the 80/90s - it will be great to see her again - thanks Steph.
