How to Join Riverside Runners
The best way to join the club is to come along to
one of the training sessions in your running gear
and join the training run. For the seniors, Monday
and Thursday evenings are best. While we are pleased
to welcome runners of any standard, you should be
able to run/jog three or four miles. You are also welcome to the circuit training sessions on Wednesday evenings at Longsands School (a small charge applies). If you have any doubts you can speak
to any of the committee members who will be happy
to advise you.
Both senior and junior runners are welcome to run
with the club for a few weeks on a trial basis. After
that we would ask you to join. Membership forms can
be obtained from any of the club committee or one
of the junior coaches. Alternatively, you can download
a form from the link below.
