I have 25 places reserved for Riversiders at the Sandy 10 which is on 25th March. This is a championship race so you may want to get an entry in!
If you have not already entered and would like to run please print off an entry form and hand to me by 28th Feb and I can send them all off together.

Next Monday evening (30th) it's the Monthly Handicap. Start times have been published and are in the Document Library. Note that following the consultation last year, I am trialling the "10 second" start blocks.
Any member who isn't on the start list but who wants to run, please make sure you know the route and let me know before 16.00hrs Monday. Maurice

Weather permitting, on Sunday a few of us will be cycling. We will meet in offord at 10:30am and take a scenic and convoluted route to Bedford where we will be refuelling at the Toby Carvery, then taking a more direct route home.
If you want to join us, you don't need a fancy bike just a spare inner tube, cycle helmet, a pump and some cash for your dinner :)

Congratulations riverside Runners for yesterday's run I was so pleased I could have a chat with you before and after the race. It was a pleasure to met your Daughter Chris so that she could pass on my congratulations for being awarded my George's award this year. Also many congratulations to Annie for winning her class especially as it was the first time she had taken part in this race.
Thank you so much Phil for kindly taking Eric and I it was much appreciated and I hope you all arrived back home safely.

If anyone is interested there is a small group of us (4 at present) returning to Marston Vale to do a social 13 Miles along the Timberland Trail (same route as last time). If anyone would like to join us we are leaving the Visitors Centre Car Park at 0830 and you will be more than welcome. Tea & Cakes at the end!
